Introducing Chica – A Brand For Everyday Women Who Move

Chica is a London-based activewear brand built for the woman who loves to move but has always felt like the industry wasn’t quite designing for her.
Founded by Maggie Klein, Argentine-born, London based, and a self-described late convert to running, Chica exists at the intersection of functional and flattering. Every piece has been engineered to solve real problems that women face while moving: chafing, lack of storage, poor fit, and overheating.
The name Chica, Spanish for “girl”, is a nod to Klein’s Latin American roots and to the spirit of the brand itself: warm, playful, inclusive, and a little bit cheeky. It is activewear with personality.
Chica’s debut collection included the Feel Good Short, a 2in-1 anti-chafe design with a zipped pocket and silicone grip dots; the 4-in-1 Runsie, with a built-in bra, antichafe inner shorts, flattering outer top, and pockets on both layers; the Go-To Vest, featuring 10 strategically placed pockets, reflective details, a hidden whistle, and race bib loops; and the Flutter Top, buttery-soft, cropped, and breathable with open underarm ventilation.
Following launch, Chica’s hero product, the Feel Good Short, sold out in just five minutes, with 50% of the brand’s total launch stock sold within two hours.
The Go-To Vest is still available in limited sizes at chicaofficial.com/products/the-go-to-vest?variant=52684752781655 but be quick before this sells out too. RRP: £85.00.
