TCS London Marathon Officially Confirms 2027 Will Be A Two-Day Event
It has been widely rumoured over the last few months that the 2027 TCS London Marathon would be a two-day event and it has now been officially confirmed.
The dates have been set for Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April 2027, and this one-off format change will see London Marathon Events (LME) transform the TCS London Marathon into a spectacular two-day celebration.
This unique double format event will welcome 100,000 participants across the two days, all taking on the same iconic route, from Greenwich to Westminster, and has been reported that it could end up raising more than £150m for charities and boost an extra £400m into the UK economy.
Everyone who applied to take part next year will be entered into a ballot for both the Saturday and Sunday, with the ballot results announced in early July.
