Salomon Introduce Their International Running Team For 2025

Since its creation in 2004, the Salomon International Trail Running team has welcomed the best mountain runners in the world. From short distances to 100-milers, from the Alps to the Rocky Mountains, Salomon athletes have been racing and winning from over 20 years. Salomon is proud to introduce its 2025 international trail running team, featuring new recruits from the brand’s science-based scouting program along the best short and long-distance trail runners, some who have been with Salomon for over 15 years.

The whole team will spend a week in Corsica to train together before heading to the first stop of the Golden Trail World Series in Japan for the Kobe Trail on April 16th. For the long-distance runners, Courtney Dauwalter will be starting her season with the Cocodona 250 on May 10th.

Salomon’s new international trail runners hail from Kenya, Japan, China, France, Spain and Great Britain and Switzerland and include Joyline Chepngeno (KE), Annaelle Bondoux (FR), Mael Henric (FR), Simon Paccard (FR), Eliot Retulli (FR), Aurore Dacier (FR), Huohua Zhang (CN), Jingyan Tang (CN), Jan Torrella (ES), Fabian Venero (ES), Ryunosuke Omi (JP), Joey Hadorn (CH), Jonas Soldini (CH), Julien Veyssere (FR), Naomi Lang (GB) and Louison Coiffet (FR).

These new athletes join a roster with some of the best trail-runners on the planet, including: Courtney Dauwalter (US), Francois D´haene (FR), Mathieu Blanchard (FR), Marianne Hogan (CA), Miao Yao (CN), Martina Valmassoi (IT), Thibaut Baronian (FR), Camille Bruyas (FR), Christian Meier (CA), Ryan Sandes (ZA), Lucy Batholomew (AU), Remi Bonnet (CH), Sophia Laukli (US), Bart Przedwojewski (PL) and Malen Osa (ES).

The Salomon Road Running team is also getting an upgrade. Managed by Kamilah Journet, Road Running Team Manager, the roster for 2025 mixes some familiar faces with new members with big ambitions: Anaïs Quemener (FR), Futsum Zienasellassie (ER), Matthias Kyburz (CH), Tabea Themann (DE), Djilali Bendrani (FR) and Maggie Montoya (US).
